We attach the greatest importance to the private life and the personal data of our users through the way in which we create, organise and implement our on-line and off-line activities. In order to maintain maximum protection of the personal data that we handle, our website and the individuals and companies administering it adhere to the principles laid out in:

• the recommendation of the Council of the OCDE regarding the guidelines governing protection of privacy and cross-border flows of personal data (C(80)58/FINAL);
• European directive 95/46/CE on the protection of personal data;
• French law 78-17 modified by Law 2004-801 of the 06/08/2004 (so-called Law on IT and Freedom) and its implementing decrees.
